HANDWORKS' vision is to provide the highest quality Hand Therapy service in Auckland, using experienced Hand Therapists, to provide early intervention and expert rehabilitation for clients with hand injuries and upper limb dysfunction.
All of our therapists are highly qualified physiotherapists or occupational therapists, who have undertaken, or are undertaking, post graduate education in Hand and Upper Limb Therapy, leading to Registration (RHT) as Full members of the New Zealand Association of Hand Therapists (NZAHT).
We work closely with Hand Surgeons/Specialists from both public and private sectors, and also with local GPs and Accident Clinics. We have a close working relationship with the public Hand Therapy Unit based in the Manukau Super Clinic.
