To the incredible staff at Handworks,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and let you know how incredible I think you are.
I was referred to you by my son’s orthopaedic surgeon for a splint for an injury he has to his hand. We arrived with the intention of making an appointment on Monday afternoon around 4 o'clock where I was greeted by a very lovely and helpful receptionist who could see he was in quite a bit of pain; she asked us to just wait a moment. She then returned to say that someone could see us if we wouldn’t mind waiting. I was amazed at this point to think that even though the waiting room was busy they went that extra mile for us.
When we did get taken through for the appointment I was again blown away by the warmth of Julie when dealing with my son.
I came away feeling amazed at the set up you have and thinking what an incredible team you have in your clinic.
Yesterday my son finished school really upset with the pain he was having, I phoned your receptionist and she said to come in straight away which we did.
That’s when we met Sarah who again seemed to have the same values and attitude as everyone else we had met in your clinic. She went out of her way to make my son feel relaxed and comfortable and even went a step further to give me her mobile number to let her know if it wasn’t comfortable in a couple of hours. If we were still having problems she would meet us at 8 o'clock in the morning on her day off. We did this this morning and to be totally honest I'm still blown away with the experience we have had. I have told everyone I have spoken to in the last 4 days and will continue to do so.
You are probably thinking how bizarre it is for me to write this, however I wanted you to know. You are amazing and you seem to have special people working for you. If only more businesses were like yours it would make the world a better place.
